Questions Thought of the day

Holy cannoli!!
How is it almost June?
Like two more sleeps.
May flew by along with the rest of 2025.

I try to blog on Thursdays, but my schedule is a mess right now, so I will probably be consistently inconsistent for the rest of the summer.

How was your Memorial Day weekend?
We had a successful softball weekend as Hayden's team took first place in their bracket.
Kyle also went to a concert with a friend, which leads me to my next question:
What was your first concert t-shirt?
Kyle bought a shirt for the band, Inohe.
If I recall correctly - and that is asking a lot these days - I believe my first concert t-shirt was for Van Halen, but the red rocker, Sammy Hagar, was the frontman, so Van Hagar.
And this was the shirt:

You know what is fun?
Getting a cold/sore throat on the weekend that it is supposed to be almost 100 degrees.
I woke up stuffy and with an unhappy gullet.
Good times.

Have a great weekend and thanks for stopping by.
Talk to you soon.

  2. I didn't go to a lot of concerts and I think the only t-shirt I got was at a Journey concert. It's long gone. I like your Van Halen shirt, even if I'm a David Lee Roth person. Well done Hayden!

  3. I didn't buy a lot of concert t's, but I did get a Police shirt, and then Sting, of course, and the BoDeans!

  4. I can't even remember my first convert, let alone a t-shirt. ... I always wait for the rest of the information.

  6. I am not sure I ever brought a t-shirt at a concert. Give my congratulations to your daughter and I hope you're feeling better.

  7. Nice rock tee. Yeah, Van Hagar was what we dubbed that combo well. I wish I could have seen those guys in any iteration, if I'm honest. Happy June!

  8. Lettuce does make me nervous sometimes. My Memorial Day weekend was nice; the weather was beautiful and I went to Hurricane Ridge. I went to many concerts but I don't think I bought any tee-shirts.

  9. Never went to an outdoor concert, never bought a t-shirt. Boring, I know. Is that your actual t-shirt from your first concert?? Congrats to Hayden and her team! I hope you feel better soon. Somehow a cold seems worse when the weather is hot. Thanks for the memes, especially the kitchen tools - it's completely on the mark :)

  10. The final one is great! My first concert was Rick Springfield and Sparks, but I’ve never actually bought a concert tshirt.
