Midget Westerns

Hey there everybody. I apologize in advance for not having some hot and fresh content for you today but what I wanted to do isn't going to happen so it will have to wait until next week. But this is an oldie but a goodie (well at least I think so) of mine that I posted when I wasn't allowing comments so now you can comment away. Or you can just scroll down to the bottom and check out Baby Shife's latest picture. He just got his 6-month-old portraits done and it is hard to believe how much the little dude has grown up.

Inspired by a Far Side cartoon, I proudly present the Sawed-Off Western Collection that can't be found anywhere but in my imagination

1. Hang 'Em Not So High
2. Short Noon
3. Dwarf Plains Drifter
4. The Little Person Who Shot Liberty Valence
5. 3:10 Short Bus to Yuma
6. The Modest Seven
7. The Outlaw Shorty Wales
8. The Assassination of Jesse James by the Midget Robert Ford
9. Butch Cassidy and the Short Pants Kid
10. The Good, The Bad, and The Vertically Challenged

Hard to believe how big he is getting. Time sure does fly by when you are a parent.

  1. SHIFER! No more vacation allowed. My days were all spastic because my blog and I couldn't remember what day it was, due to lack of a Tuesday post and visit from you and your blog. No more. We will protest.

Love the picture. Time certainly does fly. My youngest is getting heavier and is acting more "big boy." *sigh* No more babies in the house, must keep baby fever at bay!

As for Lynne Roberts.... you know you wanna. hahahahaha

As for BONES, that's why I warned you. Season three was a mess because of the writers strike. The serial killer was suppose o be a season long arc. That's hard to do when you aren't filming. On Zac, they felt they had taken that character as far as they could, even so, don't take him off the show like THAT. I was ill, though he doesn't come back on occasion.

Hope you and the fam had a great time!

  2. That kid has such a "knowing" look in his eyes. Oh, and he's soooo cute, which I say every time I visit, but I can't help it.

  3. I will do my best Crystal to maintain my weekly posts so you know what day of the week it is. We watched the first two eps of Season 4 and Zack was there so that was nice to see but that is as far as we have gotten. And we did have a great time on vacation. Just wish we could spend more time on it.

  4. Thanks Elizabeth. I just hope that "knowing" look is not going to transform into a "mischievous" look when he is older.

  7. Hey Egg. We are debating on what costume to get him right now. He will be spending Halloween with his 4 cousins so he should have fun. Here is a link to a possible costume, http://broseph.files.wordpress.com/2009/09/funny-baby-costume1.jpg.
Sorry didn't have time to hyperlink it.

  14. If only John Wayne had been 4 feet tall, it would have led to a more accurate portrayal of history.
