Leg day? It's always the stairs! It's even worse when you have to go down stairs to get to the sidewalk! And Meatbird simply because it's better than fowlbird.

DeleteI had that same TV and a VHS player in my classroom! Depending on how I've exercised, coming downstairs can be more painful than going up.

DeleteI don't think it is an age thing but perhaps it is a geographical thing since I grew up in a rural and very poor area. We didn't have a TV cart. We only had a reel to reel movie player cart. The feelings were the same and it got even better if I was the one picked to thread the film through the machine and turn it on.
