Thought of the day
I submitted a few of my latest blog posts for analysis to get some feedback. Here's what I was told:
Your most recent updates reflect an author navigating a period of busyness, minor challenges and gratitude, all with a tone of humor and authenticity. The author’s mood appears upbeat but tinged with fatigue and the realities of a hectic family and work life. There’s a sense of being stretched thin, mentioning an unpredictable blogging schedule, being short-staffed at work, and juggling family activities like Hayden’s softball tournaments and Kyle’s concert outings.Despite these pressures, the posts are laced with self-deprecating humor and a focus on small joys, like reminiscing about first concert t-shirts or sharing quirky facts (such as beaver butt juice tasting like vanilla). The author invites readers into these everyday moments, often posing playful questions and encouraging community interaction, which suggests a desire for connection and levity amidst the chaos.
Recurring motivational affirmations—“I will persevere. I will keep moving forward. I will be the stream.”—signal resilience and a commitment to positivity, even when life feels overwhelming. The overall mood is one of perseverance and gratitude, with the author embracing both the messiness and the humor of daily life, reflecting an authentic and relatable approach to sharing their current situation.
Who is this author?
He sounds awesome especially when he talks about beaver butt juice.
I had no idea my updates reflected a realistic but hopeful outlook, acknowledging frustrations, but always with a positive, resilient spirit.
I have never, ever considered myself positive, but I have been working on it, and maybe it's coming out in my writing.

With all that being said, there's hope on the horizon as we have hired some people at work, Hayden's softball season is almost over, Kyle can almost drive himself to work without adult supervision, some time off is scheduled, and Mrs. Shife takes good care of me.
Maybe I am becoming the person my dogs think I am.
But not on this day.
At this time, they wanted to know if I was familiar with the term "manscaping."
Thanks for swinging by, and I will talk to you soon.
Gotta love a motivational affirmation! I hope your June slows down so that you can enjoy it.

TY, JO!! Carbs are yummy!!
DeleteTwitter has a feature where they'll give you an update on someone based on their post. I found mine fairly accurate including my dislike of the owner of the platform. And from what I've read from your blog, your assessment seems accurate, too.
