Thought of the day
Happy Halloween!
I hope your party doesn't get out of hound.
Ha.
Ha.
And also happy sober anniversary to me as today marks two years of being clean.
On October 31, 2022, I decided enough was enough and I started attending meetings and going to therapy. I also got some medicine from my doctor to help with the alcohol cravings. And now here I am.
It has been one of the scariest and best decisions I have ever made.
I don't know what the future holds but that is why you just take things one day at a time.
