We had our first snow day of the year yesterday and everyone was pretty happy about it.
The kids didn't have school and the dogs thought the fluffy stuff was fun to play in.
Normally, there's about a 6-inch drop-off from our deck to where Frizz and Lucy are but it's all snow now.
However, it seems like this might just be the beginning as the weather dudes said we might get up to 18 inches through this weekend.
So are you getting 18 inches this weekend?

DeleteThe Senate one is hilarious! I saw a funny thing on TikToc showing Joe Biden saying/doing various things and the background narrator was talking about things you can do at the senior living home (aka The White House)! Very funny.
ReplyDeleteI have no idea how much snow we're getting this weekend. I prefer to bury my head in the sand because the weather forecasters seem to get so much joy out of the bad news.

Delete18 inches--wow! We were supposed to get it, but now the snowflakes in the forecast have disappeared. The cold weather has not! Hospice or senate indeed. That one hits home.

DeleteArgh, 18 inches sounds horrible and then some. Hope the weather dudes are wrong. Temps have been pretty nasty from reports I've read. I'm counting down til spring. Winter and I are not friendly towards each other. Loved the memes...especially the hippo one.

DeleteWe've had hardly any snow so far this winter. I'm not complaining, but it does worry me. I love the hippo meme; I'd say same except I'd be lying - it's the chocolates and potato chips that keep me in circle shape :D Love the doggo photo!
