I present for your viewing pleasure, the unhappiest basset:
Kyle and Hayden took Ms. Frizzle out to play fetch and Lucy wasn't invited.
She didn't take the news well.
She didn't take the news well.
Lucy couldn't play in the schoolyard because we had to take her to a dog training session.
It turned out OK as she got about a million treats learning new things as she tries to be the best basset she can be.
Happy Friday eve and I might talk to you tomorrow.
I will persevere.
I will keep moving forward.
I will persevere.
I will keep moving forward.
I will be the stream.
A good basset is a good asset.
ReplyDeleteCan confirm, Debby.
DeleteLooks like someone didn't want a kiss!
ReplyDeleteShe was super mad at me, Kelly.
DeleteNo kissy face! NO KISSY FACE!
ReplyDeleteShe wanted no part of me, Debra.
DeleteAww, it's hard for dogs to understand the big picture.
ReplyDeleteFor sure, Margaret.
DeleteA little Kissy Hissy Fit?
ReplyDeleteJust a little bit, Bob.
DeleteBut she learned lots and lots today, right dad?
ReplyDeleteYes. She is the smartest basset ever now.
DeleteShe about wiggled herself right out of your arms!
ReplyDeleteAlmost.
DeleteLOL at the video (and the comments) Hopefully she'll remember about the treats for next time!
ReplyDeleteI hope so. She's getting almost too big to carry like that.
Delete"let me down! I wanna go play!"
ReplyDeleteYou read dog body language well, River.
DeleteThat looked about as easy as carrying a bag full of cats!
ReplyDeleteShe had a case of wiggles,
DeleteDon't you just hate it when that happens?
ReplyDeleteIt was the first time Lucy expressed that much displeasure with me.
DeleteThey get over the grumbles pretty quick.
ReplyDeleteLucy is really cute!
