Day 11 of my September challenge.
We are still debating on what her name will be but we have narrowed it down to 3.
She's an 8-week-old basset hound and we already love her very much.
I guess we just wanted to make life a little more interesting.
Plus, I always welcome more blog material.
Talk to you tomorrow.
I will persevere.
I will keep moving forward.
I will be the stream.
Oh, those eyes! She looks like a Mabel. :)ReplyDelete
It's not looking good for Mabel, Margaret.Delete
She's adorable! ... and definitely not a beagle, then - hahaReplyDelete
Haley looks pretty happy :)
Definitely not. We love bassets, jenny_o.Delete
What a cutie. One of my boys is a Beagle/Basset mix. His body and snout are a little longer than a Beagle and his paws are larger. He’s very outgoing and his nose works twice as hard.
Sounds like an adorable boy, HuntleyBiGuy.Delete
I'm liking Mabel because that is clearly the punum of a Mabel.ReplyDelete
Perhaps she's Miss Mabel Lucille Floki?
It's looking like Lucy is the leader in the clubhouse, Bob.Delete
How can you not use the name Flash from the Dukes of Hazzard? Oooooh, I'm in hot pursuit!ReplyDelete
It was suggested by yours truly and denied by the family, Ed.Delete
I think I’ve told you this, but I LOVE Basset Hounds. So freaking adorable! Mabel would be a great name if she’s really low-key. Lucy if she’s more active!ReplyDelete
I think she will be more active because of Ms. Frizzle's influence, Bijoux, and bassets are the best.Delete
Lucy is a good name. How often she outwitted Charlie Brown.ReplyDelete
Excellent point, Joanne.Delete
Oh my gosh. Lucy is adorable!ReplyDelete
Hayden's already got a tight grip on her! Congrats :)ReplyDelete
the kids look very happy with Miss LucyReplyDelete
