Flummoxed

I'm so confused.
And that statement shouldn't surprise you if you have been visiting this blog for awhile.
I got some medicine and the warning label got cut off.
It says "May cause diarrhea during .... "
What in the wide world of fudge is going on here?
Inflation has affected warning labels now.
Or maybe Rite Aid is doing a cross promotion with "Final Jeopardy" and I have to answer in the form of a question: What is during kegel exercises?
Based on my history with medicine that may cause diarrhea it is an almost certainty that diarrhea will be in my forecast so I need answers.
When is this going to happen?
During a Rae Dawn Chong film festival?
Practicing Hulkamania?
Working on my Scottish accent?
Damn it.
My diarrhea is not to be trifled with.

Signs of the apocalypse

  • I liked a JustinBieber song on my music streaming service.
And the song is "Ghost" for those inquiring minds.
  • I ate broccoli this week.
And it wasn't covered in a pound of cheese,
I've never been a fan of "the little trees" as Kyle would call them when he was a much smaller dude.
But it isn't my least favorite.
That honor goes to Brussels sprouts.
If I admit to eating them then we are really in trouble.

Meme dump

I will persevere.
I will keep moving forward.
I will be the stream.

  1. Oh dear. You need to find out. What if it causes diarrhea during Congressional Hearings? Or Supreme Court Decisions?

Side note: What is that medicine? I might actually be taking it. It certainly would explain a great deal.

Side note to the side note: I don't really want to know your medication. I was making a point.

    1. I don't think I need medicine to get gastrointestinal issues from Supreme Court decisions, Debby. Love the side notes.

The Dispose of Trash meme is right! There's only ONE person at the end! WTF?

  8. I think if the diarrhea hits your best bet is Brussel Sprouts ... which I love by the way.

I will be saying "That seal's got pineapple on it" for days to come just to f**k with people.

While practicing your Scottish accent, brussel sprouts are called "dims". Maybe it is time for me to invest in Charmin t p.

  10. Most likely the runs will hit when you're the farthest away from your house while you're mowing the lawn. I like Brussel sprouts much better than the little trees, even when they're smothered in cheese.

And brussel sprouts are fabulous, what you talkin' about? With bacon and balsalmic vinegar...Mmm.... I'll take your broccoli and brussel sprouts, you can eat all my mushrooms and seafood.

  18. Those are some big pills, might be tough to swallow them; perhaps that why people chew them, and then have diarrhea? I do hope you call the pharmacy, cause we're going to need an update to the diarrhea. Doesn't make you want to take the pill for sure. Apocalypse for sure, you like something of Justin Bieber....egads! My favorite vegetable is Brussel Sprouts with broccoli a close 2nd. In fact we'll be having sprouts for dinner. I think the way they're cooked has a lot to do with whether or not people like them. Same with broccoli. My Mom, and I think all our of Moms boiled both and they had either no flavor or icky flavor; thus they bad for you cheese sauce on broccoli. Zapping broccoli in the microwave for 4 minutes partial covered on high with salt, pepper, wee bit of water, and garlic powder, or pepper flakes and it's yummy. It stays pretty green that way too, not gray like it looks after being boiled to death. Sprouts, cut in half, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Spread on a cooking sheet and cook at 400 or 425 for about 20-30 minutes...depending on their size, how many you're cooking. Let them caramelize a bit. Let me know if you give it try.
