Making Long Hair Short

It had been 70 days since we last saw Richard.
And, boy oh boy, we were glad to see him today.
Richard is the awesome dude that cuts our hair.
Hayden decided to chop off half of her hair.
I am a horrible photographer and forgot to do the before picture.
I did add a photo of her with Captain Snowball to help give you an idea of her hair's length.
Hayden is really happy with her new 'do and I think she looks as cute as ever.

Kyle is also sporting a new look.
I believe this is what you call a mullet starter kit.
And, yes, I forget to do a before picture with him too.
I was too busy being present in the moment and chatting with Richard.
Ha.
Does that make you feel bad?
I was probably too busy checking my phone.
But in an alternate universe, I was taking those before pics.

If he grows it out a little longer in the back it will be glorious.
Not as glorious as this guy.

Or this guy.

And guess what.
I don't have a before picture of myself.
But here's my after picture.

I am not going to lie.
The quarantine has been rough and I needed to rein it in a bit.
I won't be saddled with bad hair anymore.
Thanks for stopping by.
I appreciate your unbridled enthusiasm.
You better hoof it to the comments button.

I will persevere. I will keep moving forward. I will be the stream.

Loves the haircuts!
J is lucky, being of a certain
age, he just takes an electric
razor and gets rid of a few
stubbles.
take care, stay safe

Groaning at all the horsey puns (or unicorn puns) . . . but smiling too.

Everyone looks pretty spiffy here, except that dude with the long bleached blond curls. I can't get behind that, nope nope nope. I really like Hayden's and Kyle's styles. Hayden's going to find it a lot easier to look after, I bet. (Speaking as someone who's had both long and short hair.)

Can't wait to get my own haircut. It's going to be at least another two weeks, maybe a month, before we're that open.

You all got some great haircuts! Hayden really got quite a bit cut off and she looks like she loves it! Now this unicorn thing, well, I thought that was out of style but maybe you can bring it back. If not, you can entertain at parties, no probably not kids parties but you know - parties.
Haha
I see the horse jokes you were talking about. Also, unicorn!
I like Hayden's new hairstyle! Also manageable.
"Mullet starter kit"? I laughed.

XOXO

Princess T had me lob off half her hair during quarantine, for some reason hair became a Thing during Lock Down for so many people... made me glad I had Dreadlocks. I don't know I'd want anyone that close to me yet unless I had a Medical Emergency. That long Blonde Mullet made me Smile... as did Unicorn Guy... Thank You for the Pandemic Humor!

Jealous of Hayden's wavy hair. I want to take Tony's clippers to mine but Faith won't let me. Spokane gets to apply for the 2nd time to start phase two but I'm not hopeful. Maybe I should drive over to see Richard :)

Clippety-clop, the hair has been chopped! I'll be a stand-in for Rapunzel by the time this is all over.

Cool cuts!
Box dye and my own scissor action happening here. I really never did go to the salon though. My future d-i-l has her beauty license and I've only let her do my hair twice.

If Kyle did the other side he could look like Butthead.

Funny. My big event on Memorial Day was to let my wife (for the first time) cut my hair... At least I didn't have to tip her and it doesn't look bad (she used attachments that came with my beard trimmer). I was going to get a hair cut in mid-March, then everything shut down.
