- I discovered this guy on Imgur, which has turned into one of my favorite sites when I need to take a break from reality.
And I have needed a lot of breaks the past few weeks.
His name is Arron Crascall.
- Another favorite from Imgur:
- Earthquake update: No deaths, injuries or substantial damage reported.
Everyone was mostly shocked.
A lot of folks from California have relocated to Idaho recently and that led to a lot of "even the earthquakes have moved to Idaho" observations. - I attempted an April Fools joke on the kids but they didn't buy it.
That is all for today.
I hope to do better tomorrow.
Stay safe, take care and thanks for being there.
I will persevere. I will keep moving forward. I will be the stream.

Thanks for the sing-along. La Donna Mobile (???) will be on my mind for the rest of the day lolol.
ReplyDeleteHa! Kids. Always doing reality checks.
ReplyDeleteIdaho and earthquakes is really a stretch. But here we are.
Imgur, huh? Never gone down that rabbit hole.
XoXo
I did the exact same April Fool's prank on my son and he fell for it. Clutched his heart like Fred Sanford.
ReplyDeleteSame with our tornado.
ReplyDeleteIt was 29 degrees when we
got up at 7am. wth?
Stay healthy, stay well.

That video is hilarious! Thanks for sharing. I'm glad there were no injuries or serious damage from the earthquake. I love the joke you played on the kids. I used to do things like that to my kids when they were little. Once they learn how much of a joker their parents can be the jokes don't work as well unfortunately. Good for you for trying!
ReplyDeleteGlad the kids figured you out, dad. That was mean.
ReplyDeleteOh, that's a mean April Fool's joke on the kids! Hang in there, we're in for one heck of a ride.

We had the same AF joke here in NC too! Fun times.
ReplyDeleteThat same April Fools' joke went around here on social media and was emailed somehow to teachers and parents as well - our premier was hugely upset by it as it seemed official and people were really believing it. I think AF jokes should be quickly identified as such by the folks making them, like the newspaper reports that admit to it in the final sentence or TV spots that admit to it at the very end. I'm not a fan to start with, so that undoubtedly influences my opinion :)
ReplyDeleteThat guy singing is pretty funny. The folks in the background look appropriately shocked!
