Random Acts of Shifeness - Another Thursday Posting

  • Another week and another early blog update. I work at a university and we are busy with graduation activities starting tomorrow so I will be busy running around making magic happen. And if I mention magic then I add a GIF of Gob from "Arrested Development." You're welcome.

  • Welcome back to those who had to look up Gob and "Arrested Development."
  • Happy Mother's Day!!
  • Because we are never satisfied with the status quo at the Shifley household, we agreed to dog sit another furry beast. For those of you keeping the score at home, we now have Ms. Frizzle the 2-year-old yellow lab, Ted the 1-year-old golden retriever and Nash the 1-year-old golden doodle. We are nuts.
  • At least I will have a good excuse when people stop by the house to sell us something.
  •

  • And my recommendation of the week:

Hope all is well and I will talk to you soon.

I will persevere. I will keep moving forward. I will be the stream.

  9. I confess. I have never watched a single episode of Arrested Development, along with many, many other popular shows. I saw something similar to the used underwear wallet. It involved using a diaper, folded to look like it was waiting to be thrown out after use.
