Good morning everybody. Happy October or as I am going to call it - and feel free to join in - Shifetober. In an effort to drive you crazy, I'm going to blog every day of this month to promote my book. Hopefully you'll enjoy the ride. Today is a contest and the winner receives an autographed copy of my book plus a very, very special bookmark. Trust me this bookmark is awesome. There will be 4 contests and Contest #1 starts today and ends Shifetober 8th. So here's the question: How many times is the word basset mentioned in my book? I'll give you a hint it's more than once. ReplyDeletei'm guessing 27 times. how many guesses can i make and what if some nogoodnik waits until the last day and uses the old price is right trick and guesses one higher than the highest guess or 1 lower than the lowest guess?

ReplyDeleteWhat fun. I would love to join in but as you know I live far, far away so winning would be useless. However, I will hazard a guess at 35. I have your book on order at Amazon and can't wait for the publishing date to get here. Hope you approve of the fact that I intend to advertise it on my blog!
