and Happy New Year to all my friends out there. Here are some pictures of Santa's newest little helper and I hope you and yours have a wonderful holiday. I will be back in 2010 so see you then. Take care.
Thanks Jon. I like him a lot. He amazes and makes me grateful every single day. Have a great holiday too.
Thank you Kylie. And I can't wait to see him go to town on his Christmas presents with those hands. It should be interesting seeing what he does with them. My guess is he is going to try and eat them.
OMG I feel like baby-snatching. Honestly, Shifey, no wonder you're in love with Baby Shife. He's absolutely adorable. Enjoy your Christmas with him, have a wonderful time.
Blessing to all of oyu this holiday; I would tell you to sit back end enjoy this and say,"Do you know how lucky you are?" but I suspect that yes, you do. :)
He does every day Ms. Moon. That boy has me wrapped around his finger. I just love that little man to pieces.
Thanks Val. Yes me and Mrs. Shife are kind of smitten with him. I do very blessed to have such a wonderful family. And we are very much looking forward to our first Christmas with him.
Hi ya Kori. I appreciate the blessings and I am definitely going to enjoy the day with him. Got the cameras ready to capture all of it. And indeed I do know how lucky I am. I feel very fortunate and thankful.
He is adorable! I am so glad you are a happy family unit. That's the way it's supposed to be!
By next Christmas he will have the present thing down - this Christmas he will just be amazed and happy with the whole experience - wrapping paper, ribbons, plastic, - it will all be amazing to him.
Ho-ho-ho HOW ADORABLE! Can't wait to see Baby Shife pulling his best 'Baby New Year' pose. Merry Christmas to the Shife fam and a Happy and Prosperous (not perposterous) New year!
crazy4coens - Definitely looking forward to seeing what he does with the Christmas presents this year. Should be interesting. And the event will most definitely be well documented.
Red - Thanks for the Christmas wishes and same to you. Baby Shife has a special New Year's outfit so that will be hitting the blog soon. Hopefully he will strike an awesome pose.
Have a terrific Christmas! And dumb white guys rock. I know because I'm married to one. So keep it real, man. And kiss the little one for all of your blogger friends.
Leah - Thank you and I hope you have a wonderful holiday season with your family and that you are feeling much better.
Billy - I can always adopt. Baby Shife could use a older brother to show him the ropes.
Bethany - Merry Christmas to you as well, and glad to hear there is another dumb, white guy out there rockin' it. I will keep it real and smooch from the blogosphere will be heading the baby's way.
Crystal - I am having a hard time deciding which one is my favorite too. I am kind of partial to the one where he looks like he is slapping his leg after hearing something funny. And now I need to get back to that letter to Santa ...
Texlahoma - Thanks. We got pretty lucky when we did our "professional" photo shoot. We just caught him at a really good time of the day and he took some great shots.
Now this is one of the big reasons that I come here... I am having a ball watching your boy grow. I can't wait to see what 2010 brings in baby shife photos and stories.
The other big reason of course is you and your wonderful views of life. I wish you, your wife and sweet boy the very best and merriest Christmas!
Thanks so much Ananda girl. I am looking forward to watching him grow during 2010 as well. It is hard to believe he will be 9 months old at the end of this month. And even harder to imagine my life without him. I appreciate your Christmas wishes and I hope you have a wonderful holiday season as well.
CeCe - We are looking forward to a fantabulous Christmas with the baby. Hope you and your family have a great day as well.
Phats - Thank you Phats. Hope you and yours have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. Don't forgot to root for the Vandals on the 30th in the Humanitarian Bowl.
WomanHonorThyself - Yes indeed he is a keeper. Happy Holidays to you as well.
Tina - Merry Christmas buddy. Hope the first one in West Texas is a good one. Thanks for being a great blogging friend and hope 2010 is a great one for you as well.
