SQOTW

And if you put that in the acronym machine you get - Stupid Question of the Week or Sexual Quality of the Welsh. I think I will go with the first choice.
So never say never right? But what one place on Earth where you have lived will you never, ever live again?
I was a military brat so I got the joy (and yes that was typed in a sarcastic tone) of living in a lot of places but the one spot I would never, ever want to reside again would be Minot, North Dakota.
Why not Minot? Well first off it is in North Dakota, it is flat, it is cold, it is windy, and did I mention it is in North Dakota. Other than that it was great.
So dear readers what one place will you never, ever live again?

Find the joy in life.

  1. my first thought was "I will never live in denial again" but then I realized that's probably not what you meant.

I have only lived in a few different cities in the lower mainland (out skirts of Vancouver) Powell River, and Victoria. All are in BC. All of which were nice. PR was absolutely beautiful as is Victoria...so I guess I will say "I will never live in my parents house again" however, this brings me back to the first thing about living in denial... ugh...

  2. I will never (please, God) live in Denver again. Nothing against Denver but there were (a) no large bodies of water, (b) not nearly enough trees, (c) mountains.
I am scared of mountains. I need water. And trees. Denver did not work for me.

  5. Fresno: The Armpit of California. Enough said.

  6. Jacksonville, FL. Yes, I met my wife there, but I'm sure she'd agree that there would be no problems if it drifted off into the Atlantic. Provided we get some family out first.

  7. Cleveland, Ohio. I've never lived there, but I spent plenty of time for work there. Talk about depressing. It's dreary, run-down, and the sports franchises pretty much blow. And let's not even talk about the snow...

  11. I will never, ever live in Rego Park, Queens, NY again. Hell, I don't even want to set foot in that blighted horrid hellhole, and it's only 15 minutes from where I live now.

  12. Easy. I will never ever live in Beijing, China again for as long as I live.

Ah, I see I have missed a few posts, my apologies, dear sir :)

Well, I haven't come across my place I'd hate to go back and live yet. I was too young to remember Suffolk, NY and Florida wasn't too bad and VA is just beautiful. I'm hoping my next move to Texas isn't the one I will pick!

  14. I know this is an old post, but...
I must agree with Stina. Fresno. No way. No how. Moved back once, so sorry! Glad to be gone.
