I wish I could take credit for this but I can't. Well I guess I could and you probably would not care but then I would feel really guilty and probably would not be able to sleep at night. Then before you now it is 5 days without sleep for Mr. Shife and I am saying things to my postman like "Isn’t it time you faced up to certain realities, Mr. Postman? Come on. You’re a very attractive postman. You’re smart, you’ve got wonderful bones, great eyes and you dress really interestingly.”
So I must give credit where credit is due. Thank you Dr. Kenneth Noisewater and Julie Gong.
Just follow these simple directions to come up with your own imaginary band's first album cover and title
1. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random
The random article title is the name of your band.
2. http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3
The last four words of the very last quote is your album name.
3. http://flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days/
The third picture, no matter what it is, is your album cover.
So below is my album cover and it would be titled "Shadowy Future without Fear." Oh and my band name is Danderhall.
You may have already played this game so you can just tell me some really cool music you have bought or downloaded lately.

Would you think any less of me if I were to say that I know what those robots are in the picture: They Daleks from Doctor Who?
ReplyDeleteI know I'm admitting some serious geekiness here, but I've been pumping Howard Shore's score to the old 1986 film, "The Fly." Yes, I'm a film-score whore, and this is one of the best, lots of loud brass and strings. Just about deafened my ass in the car this morning.
ReplyDeleteThose robots look like the ones that are in the new Doctor Who. I forget what they are called, but they hate everything and are always trying to take over the world.
ReplyDeleteOops.

I'm in a rock band... now, whether or not I'm a rock star, the jury is out on that one.
ReplyDeleteThat is a pretty cool band name.
ReplyDeleteI think the coolest music I've bought lately is James Morrison. Liked that song "You Give Me Something".
Oh and my Band names is:Diomedes and the album is called "Be Called A Scholar".
ReplyDeleteI didn't know how to get my album pic here, but it was a close-up of some sort of curvy flower.
My latest CD purchases were Absolute Garbage by Garbage and Prince Hits. Both are awesome. Not new music, but their songs are timeless.
ReplyDeleteWeird. My Band name was "The Beatles", my album was called "The White Album" and the cover resembled the background of this comments section.
ReplyDeleteRandom....
