It has been raining on and off since Saturday so poor Quincy has been trapped in the house. He usually gets at least 3 walks a day so he has been moping around the house because we can't take him out. Well we could take him out but then he would be a mess from ear to toe. They need to invent doggie mud flaps for little dogs like basset hounds so they don't get completely filthy when it is wet outside.
