After the smoke cleared, the husky basset hound from the mean streets of Canyon County managed to survive the in-law invasion. He had a couple of fights with Kirby, Sarah's Mom and Dad's dog, and he endured the poking and prodding from the three babies. He almost seemed kind of sad when Molly and Jody left with the kids so maybe he liked them more than he let on. But when he finally did get the house back to himself, he joined Sarah and I on the couch and snuggled between us as we all took a well-deserved nap.
