Thought of the day
But today, I’m stepping out of my comfort zone to share something I’ve been working on for the past three months. I’ve dropped hints here and there about a "fitness transformation," and as of this week, I’ve officially crossed the finish line.
The results? I’m down about 10 pounds, but more importantly, I’ve rediscovered some abdominal muscles I haven’t seen in more than 30 years. It’s like a high school reunion in my midsection, and everyone actually showed up.
I turn 56 in about two weeks, and for the first time in a long time, I can honestly say I look—and feel—pretty good.

Talk to you tomorrow.
I will persevere.
