Omg-haha, that one took me a while! I had forgotten my high school chemistry. It's an interesting topic about mushrooms and about many other wild foods that someone had to figure out how or if to eat. I'm assuming that desperation and hunger drove much of their decision making. Live and learn and die and learn.
